How to cancel
A booking can be cancelled by calling or messaging BluCaps support with your booking name and phone number. Cancellations are confirmed once support acknowledges your request.
Cancellation windows
More than 24 hours before the start date: full cancellation, booking fee refunded to the original payment method.
Between 24 and 6 hours before the start date: cancellation allowed, 50% of the booking fee is retained towards crew coordination.
Less than 6 hours before the start date, or after the crew has reached the site: the booking fee is non-refundable, since the workers have already been committed to your site.
Cancellation by BluCaps
If we are unable to arrange the workers you booked, we will inform you as early as possible and refund the entire booking fee. We may also offer an alternative crew or date.
Wages
Daily wages are settled directly with the workers at the site and are not collected or refunded through the app. Only the ₹200 per person booking fee is paid online.
