About the service
BluCaps connects site owners and contractors with skilled construction workers on a day basis. BluCaps is a marketplace and coordinator; workers are independent and are not employees of BluCaps.
Bookings and payments
Day rates shown in the app are indicative and are settled directly with the workers at the site. Only the booking fee of ₹200 per person is paid online through our payment partner.
A booking is confirmed only after the booking fee payment succeeds and you receive a confirmation from BluCaps.
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate site details and safe working conditions, including access, water and basic safety arrangements as required by law.
Pay the agreed wages to the workers on the same day the work is completed. Do not ask workers to perform tasks outside the trade you booked.
Liability
BluCaps is not liable for the quality of workmanship, delays, damage or loss arising at the site. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the booking fee paid for that booking.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
